The Personal Information Protection and Electronic Documents Act (PIPEDA) is a Canadian federal law, enacted in April 2000 and updated several times since then, that applies to private sector businesses engaged in a commercial activity. The law governs the collection, use, and disclosure of personal information for private-sector organizations in Canada.
How is Akzis complying with the PIPEDA?
